the hotel is located close to trains, bus, shops and eating places.
the check in process was quite bad. i was refused an early check in, even returning later i was told to use auto check in. the process was poorly handled. the staff seemed unhelpful.

the hotel is close to the toyosu fish market, a short walk. the onsen offered a nice view. i enjoyed the free ice cream and soba noodles.
i encountered a check-in machine. the front desk staff did not speak english, so check-in took a lot of time. i found the experience frustrating. customer service felt limited. i received no help with my luggage despite traveling with a baby.
